Giving information through a Twitter post, Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that ‘India has become the second-largest mobile manufacturer in the world in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Till now 330 million mobile handsets have been made in India. In 2014, 60 million smartphones were manufactured in the country and at that time there were only two mobile manufacturing plants in India.
